Lu Jong is an old Tibetan practice of the tradition of  Tantrayana and Bön. The body exercises have been developed in order to activate our self-healing-energies. With the help of the exercises we can support healing processes positively, overcome negative emotions and increase our energy. Lu Jong is based on Tibetan medicine, which assumes that diseases are the consequence of an imbalance of the elements or humours. Through the combination of position, movement and breath Lu Jong can open physical channels and blocks in a soft way and mobilize misdirected energy. In this way our physical health, mental clarity and vitality are improved. These characteristics are the base for spiritual practice

In these fast moving times, it is no surprise that we feel a great deal of stress, insecurity and emotional imbalance. We yearn for a quiet, peaceful mind. We want to relax, but instead we find ourselves dealing with illness and more stress!
Tibetan Medicine clearly establishes the close connection between mental balance and physical health. When our emotions are out of control, a physical disturbance is also created, which makes our lives even more overwhelming. Understanding the connection between our mind and physical health empowers us to make real, lasting changes. There are many techniques that help us to direct our thoughts and emotions in a positive way. It is important that we transform our negative emotions. In this way, we can become healthy and vibrant and truly overcome stress and insecurity.
In this teaching, Tulku Lobsang shares principles of Tibetan Medicine and illuminates the deep connection between body and mind. He will offer effective methods for dealing with difficult emotions and stress and moving toward calmness, clarity and vitality.

Most people say that their relationship is based on love. However, in many cases, the relationship is really based on desire. This is clear when the relationship is completely happy only in the beginning, 50% happiness and 50% pain in the middle, and by the end it is complete suffering. When our concepts of relationship and marriage are based on the same ideas as desire and property, this relationship can destroy our love and make us unhappy.
We must remember that love always makes us happy. Love is the only way to be happy! Without love, happiness doesn’t exist. It is very important to love someone. To love someone means we open that person’s heart. At the same time, we open our own heart.
Therefore, it is good to think about our own ideas and concepts and to reflect on them. Awareness of our concepts makes it possible for us not to lose love in our daily lives. Instead, love will free us from problems, make us happy and lead us to bliss.
In this teaching, Tulku Lobsang compares the true nature of love and relationships with our concepts of them. This creates an interesting perspective, which reveals the root of the problems common in our relationships. With great humor accompanied by a focus on the essentials, Tulku Lobsang shows us simple methods for cultivating and maintaining the love in our relationships.

The three negative emotions ignorance, attachment and anger in Tibetan Buddhism are called the three mental poisons. As negative emotions are considered the cause of every disease, we need to overcome them in order to reach happiness.
We can learn to work with our negative emotions and in exactly this way overcome them. This means, we use negative emotions for being able to overcome negative emotion. Normally we are unhappy because of our negative emotions. But exactly those negative emotions help to overcome this feelings. This means that we use the task for getting out of the task

Our true nature is always hidden. Our whole life and identity is based on our inner nature, and yet it remains unknown to us. We only know our temporary, surface nature. This temporary nature is based on our thoughts, which are always changing. This is why our life is such a mystery and changes in every moment. But even our thoughts arise from our hidden nature—it is the basis of our whole life. And so, without knowing our hidden nature, we suffer and live life like a dream based on our own illusions. When we find our hidden nature, we find our home. Then our illusions dissolve and we find liberation in the hidden world. This is our true nature.
In this teaching, Tulku Lobsang guides us toward our true nature, revealing to us that which has been hidden, our innermost selves.

Tibetan Buddhism assumes that reciting mantras has a healing effect. Healing through mantras uses the sound and vibrations of the words. For being able to experience healing, body, speech and mind need to coincide. Through recitation of mantras we are capable to balance our energies and therefore improve our health. Mantras are connected with certain deities as Avalokitesvara, Vajrasattva or Tara.
Tulku Lobsang teaches us how we can recite mantras and explains us which vibrations (sounds) have a healing effect.

The Green Tara is a central figure in Tibetan Buddhism. She embodies the completely developed female energy. The Green Tara signifies the active compassion of all Buddhas as well as the acceptance  and dissolving of all resistances. She wakes our bliss, brings success and shows us the way, how to overcome our fear by fulfilling our spiritual wishes. The Green Tara is invocated as well to protect us against dangers. But mainly the Green Tara supports the practitioners on their spiritual path to overcome obstacles.

Drunk on Beliefs
Audiobook

This audiobook provides the opportunity for shifts in perspective that can easily serve as a catalyst for profound changes in one‘s life. The inspiration for this book came from the multitude of problems that are so prevalent in this modern world. The widely held assumption that one‘s beliefs are the final and only truth is a main cause of problems in this 21st century. Tulku Lobsang asks us to consider how our beliefs in origins, truth, beauty, love and happiness may be obstacles that lead to suffering.
In this audiobook, Tulku Lobsang offers examples of what it means to include the Buddhist philosophy in our daily life. With the simple logic and illustrations given by Tulku Lobsang, one can take a fresh look at the everyday assumptions that shape our lives, and in this way recreate it.
